Building Redbank 

Redbank North Richmond is a thoughtfully masterplanned community set within 180 hectares of natural Hawkesbury landscape. Redbank brings together modern living, expansive green space and a growing village heart.

Established in 2006 as North Richmond Joint Venture (NRJV) by Gordon Douglas, Archie Douglas and John Benton, the project was originally delivered in partnership with Buildev before the Directors acquired full ownership in 2012. Now known as Redbank Communities, the development reflects the strong culture, integrity and commitment to quality built on the Directors’ long history of successful ventures together.

Today, under the leadership of Project Director Mark Regent, Redbank continues to evolve into a vibrant and connected community.
